Coronavirus Cancellation Policy – 1st March to 30th April 2020

During this unprecedented period we are keen to be supportive of all our valued clients. We will continue to review our policies and procedures on a regular basis as the situation develops.  At this time, our current cancellation policy is still in place (as stated in our terms and conditions).

We appreciate that the health and wellbeing of individuals is the key priority for all of us and as such, it may be necessary for individual places or entire courses to be cancelled due to Coronavirus.  Therefore, as a gesture of good will, any clients cancelling courses or places due to Coronavirus will be offered a 20% discount off the tuition costs when rebooking the same course/place within a 3 month period or on the next available open course.
