We work with your senior leadership team to facilitate and develop their thinking and help them define what ‘good looks like’ for a positive food safety and quality culture. During the workshop we progress these ideas into defined behaviours, with a gap analysis against the current site status, leaving the team with an action plan of how to progress.

This clarity, ideas and desired behaviours can then be further developed and implemented across the site.
