Trainees will typically already hold a level 3 HACCP qualification. This course can refresh the confidence of your team and provides clear evidence of maintaining competency.

Level 4 HACCP Refresher: This course refreshes the skills required to effectively design, maintain and manage a robust HACCP system and covers new developments and best practice. Trainees will typically already hold a level 4 HACCP qualification. The course can help your HACCP team ensure their system is effective and based on a sound rationale and methodology.
