Course information for Level 4 HACCP Open Course

Ideal for HACCP team leaders, technical managers, consultants, trainers and enforcers, this level 4 HACCP open course will take your knowledge to the next level and covers the key management aspects essential for an effective HACCP system.

Now required by many of the major retailers, the knowledge gained on our 5-day level 4 HACCP course will help you challenge and review your existing system to ensure it is robust and meets best practices.

Open course cost per place for a course in 2024 is £1,095 + VAT and for a course in 2025 is £1,195.

The course price includes exam fees, handouts, workbooks, textbooks (and refreshments – face-to-face only) throughout the 5 days.  It does not include accommodation. We will send you our suggested accommodation when you book.

Can I book an in-house course instead?

Yes! Our in-house courses are more cost-effective if you wish to have a team trained on this subject rather than just individuals. It is for a maximum of 12 delegates.  Please get in touch for a quote and we’ll give you the dates we have available.

Terms and conditions of booking

Prices shown are exclusive of VAT and your invoice will show the VAT added.  Course fees must be paid 21 days prior to the course start date. Once the booking has been received by Adele Adams Associates Ltd you are liable for payment. To secure your place, course fees must be paid at least 21 days prior to the course start date.

If you are unable to attend, substitutions (i.e. name changes) can be made but cancellations cannot normally be made.  You can transfer to another course, if your current course is more than 10 working days away, free of charge.  If your current course is within 10 working days of the course, you will be liable to pay the full price for the current course place, and the new course place.

Please note it may be necessary, for reasons beyond our control, to alter the programme or tutors. Adele Adams Associates Ltd reserve the right to cancel the course, for such reasons as undersubscription. In such an event a full refund will be given or transferred to another course. No responsibility is accepted for incidental loss resulting from such a cancellation.  Course fees do not include accommodation.

    I have a much greater confidence now looking at a HACCP plan and the level of detail required. There is a lot of interactive, break away tasks during the course to help wake you up/keep you alert and now just reading a powerpoint. It helps to learn it/retain the info as you are doing it like in the case study.
