Aims of the course
The aim of this course is to take suppliers through the concepts & principles of product integrity. It is aimed at suppliers who have just started their journey or want to revisit the fundamentals. Delegates will be taken through the new M&S ‘Protecting the Brand’ Integrity Manufacturing Standard and given an understanding of how the requirements can be met, including practical methodology which could be used to carry out the required risk assessments. The course includes two text books “Assessing Threat Vulnerability for Food Defence” and “Assessing Error Vulnerability for Food Integrity”.

Yes! Our in-house courses are more cost effective if you wish to have a team trained on this subject rather than just individuals. It is for a maximum of 12 delegates. Please contact us for a quote and we’ll give you the dates we have available.
Terms and conditions of booking
Prices shown are exclusive of VAT and your invoice will show the VAT added. Course fees must be paid 21 days prior to the course start date. Once the booking has been received by Adele Adams Associates Ltd you are liable for payment.
If you are unable to attend, substitutions (i.e. name changes) can be made but cancellations cannot normally be made. If you wish to transfer to another course and your current course is more than 10 working days away, we will transfer you free of charge, however, if it is within 10 working days, you will be liable to pay the full price for the current course place and the new course place.
Please note it may be necessary, for reasons beyond our control, to alter the programme or tutors. Adele Adams Associates Ltd reserve the right to cancel the course, for such reasons as undersubscription. In such an event a full refund will be given or transfer to another course. No responsibility is accepted for incidental loss resulting from such a cancellation. Course fees do not include accommodation.
There are only 12 places per course available. Once you click on the course you require, underneath it will tell you if it is available or not. A maximum of 2 places are allowed per company per course.
You will receive an email once you have booked reserving your place; subject to validations. Please allow for a period of validation (up to 10 working days) and which time we will confirm your validation and place on the course. If you do not hear from us within 5 working days of booking your place on the course please contact us at info@adeleadamsassociates.co.uk. We will share your name, job title, company and email address with Marks and Spencers to get the validation.
On signing up to the course, we will send you emails regarding the course. We will send them out upon validation, 1 month before the course, 2 weeks before and a couple of days before the course starts. If you do not hear from us after booking, please can you contact us on info@adeleadamsassociates.co.uk. We find some companies block our emails for spam reasons. This can easily be rectified by sending your IT department an email asking them to add our emails to a ‘safe’ list with emails ending in @adeleadamsassociates.co.uk.
After the course, we will contact you using email from time-to-time with any courses we have that you may be interested in. If you do not wish to be contacted, please email us to say you do not wish to be contacted again. As the course is affiliated with Techni-K Consulting (Kassy Marsh, the Director co-authored the textbooks) your email address and course details will be shared.
