Food Defence – VACCP / TACCP Courses for all your needs

Are all of your current Food Defence team trained in Threat assessments/Food Defence principles? BRCGS V9 has a new clause 4.2.1 which states – Where personnel are engaged in threat assessments and food defence plans, the individual or team responsible shall understand potential food defence risks at the site. This shall include knowledge of both the site and the principles of food defence. Where there is a legal requirement for specific training this shall be in place.

Our one-day Food Defence: Getting Started course will take you through our methodology, endorsed by Professor Chris Elliott, which combines VACCP & TACCP into one easy, yet robust, vulnerability risk assessment. This course is aimed at delegates with no or very little experience in conducting Food Defence assessments – updated to BRCGS Issue 9.
