It was always going to be a challenge, trying to deliver a 4 day course across Teams, however, you didn’t let this phase you, and your commitment to make it interactive was just the right level. I particularly loved the use of the white board, and your drawings – and although we joked about them, they did really help, and bring the theory to life.
