Our HACCP Level 3 qualification covers the practical application of the HACCP principles and provides the knowledge and understanding required to be an effective member of the HACCP team.

This is typically the level to which most food manufacturers working to BRCGS, or the major retailer requirements, would train their HACCP team members to.

Assessment method:

60 minute, 30 questions multiple-choice examination

Awarding body:

Royal Society of Public Health (RSPH) or Highfield Awarding Body for Compliance (HABC)

Course options:

  • Open course – individual places available online and at regional venues
  • In-house course at  your site for up to 12 delegates

Delivery methods

  • Live Online Training using a remote trainer, available for open or in-house courses
  • Face-to-face classroom-based training at your site or on an open course
