Blended Learning Prize Draw Terms and Conditions.
- To participate in the prize draw, please fill in the survey following this link.
- Once you have completed the survey, email us at info@adeleadamsassociates.co.uk with the subject ‘Survey completed’. Please let us know your name and company you work for, and we’ll enter you into the prize draw.
- The prize draw will end on Tuesday 30th April 2019 at 17.00 BST.
- One entry per email address.
- The prize of one open course place, of the winners choice, is subject to availability and must be taken on an open course in 2019, located in England, United Kingdom.
- The winner will be selected at random and notified by email on Thursday 2nd May 2019.
- The winner must email back to claim the prize and select a course within 30 days. Once the course has been selected, this is confirmed and the winner will not be able to move to an alternative course. If the prize is not claimed by this time, another entrant will be selected at random and notified by email, and needs to be claimed within 30 days.
- No purchase is necessary.
- Any entrant who is not part of our newsletter email list will be added manually. If you do not want to be added, please specify in your email, that you wish to opt out.
- The prize draw is open to anyone who works for a food manufacturing company due to the nature of our open courses. The prize is for the course place and examination (if applicable) only. Travel or accommodation is not included in the prize. Our open courses are located in England, UK. Please consider this when entering the competition.
