The course explains how this pioneering methodology applies to both raw materials and on-site threats and vulnerabilities and within the full distribution chain.
The course is packed full of exercises, group tasks and discussions.
All course participants get a copy paperback of the book ‘Assessing Threat Vulnerability for Food Defence’ by Adele Adams and Kassy Marsh with a foreword from Professor Chris Elliott.
Open course cost per delegate: £350 + VAT. or 2 delegates for £600 + VAT
Can I book an in-house course instead?
Yes! Our in-house courses are more cost effective if you wish to have a team trained on this subject rather than just an individual. It is for a maximum of 12 delegates. Please contact us for a quote and we’ll give you the dates we have available.
Are you a M&S supplier?
If you are a Marks and Spencer supplier, the Raw Materials content in this course is covered in the M&S Product Integrity course. The on-site threats part of this course is only briefly covered on the M&S course, so we can train you on just this part in the morning. Please contact us on email@example.com for more information.
